These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your interaction with Softvize Ltd ("Softvize", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15843296, with its registered office at Unit B1, The Knowledge Gateway, Nesfield Road, Colchester, CO4 3ZL, United Kingdom. By participating in our voice submission process, investor waitlist, or commercial waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all users submitting their voice, joining the investor waitlist, or expressing commercial interest in using or partnering with Softvize’s AI voice system.
1.2 Softvize reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website (www.softvize.com) and will take effect immediately upon posting.
1.3 By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Voice Submission Process
2.1 Softvize is seeking a unique voice for its AI voice system. Participants may submit their details and a voice note as part of the submission process.
2.2 No payment or compensation is guaranteed for submitting a voice. Softvize will review submissions privately and, at its sole discretion, select a voice for use in its AI voice system.
2.3 If your voice is chosen, any potential payment (e.g., £100,000 as advertised) will be subject to a separate agreement, including terms regarding usage rights, licensing, and payment conditions.
2.4 By submitting your voice, you grant Softvize a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and evaluate your voice submission for the purpose of selecting a voice for our AI system.
2.5 Softvize is not obligated to use any submitted voice or provide feedback on submissions.
2.6 Submissions must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content. Softvize reserves the right to reject any submission at its discretion.

3. Investor and Commercial Waitlists
3.1 Joining the investor or commercial waitlist does not guarantee an opportunity to invest in or partner with Softvize. Opportunities will be subject to eligibility criteria, separate agreements, and Softvize’s sole discretion.
3.2 Information provided during the waitlist process (e.g., name, email, company name, reason) will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used to contact you regarding future opportunities.
3.3 Softvize is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the waitlist or failure to secure an investment or partnership opportunity.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All content, technology, and intellectual property related to Softvize’s AI voice system remain the property of Softvize Ltd.
4.2 Participants must not use, reproduce, or distribute any Softvize content or technology without prior written consent.

5. Data Protection
5.1 Personal data collected during the voice submission, investor waitlist, or commercial waitlist process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
5.2 By participating, you consent to Softvize processing your personal data for the purposes outlined in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability
6.1 Softvize is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the voice submission, investor waitlist, or commercial waitlist, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
6.2 Softvize does not guarantee the availability or functionality of its website or services and is not liable for any technical issues that may affect your participation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Miscellaneous

9.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Softvize regarding your participation in the voice submission, investor waitlist, or commercial waitlist.
